Youth Advisory Board

We have a Youth Advisory Board who give consistent feedback for every youth program we run and proposes the themes for next year's programming.

This is a paid position.

Programs

We run year-round programming, many programs that offer many people places to explore their work. We run a successful artist residency that is a tender place to birth new work.

Our programs are full and thriving and growing.

Financial

We have someone on staff who is excited to fundraise and manage money - money runs smoothly and everyone is paid a living wage.

Partnership

We have many partnerships with like-minded organizations. We collaborate on cool offerings.

We have strong partnerships with the local nations where we run our programs and are good guests of the land.

Demographics

Our programs are inexpensive and accessible and people from all walks of life attend and feel welcomed.

Lay of the Land

Our newsletter has a big subscription base and connects people with opportunities. We share people's projects and help them gain attention, and we help people to connect with work they will find meaningful.

Trainings

Our trainings are requested worldwide and fund the bulk of our programs. We build programs and trainings for partners around the world. We help partners to bring their vision to life (not our vision in their location).

Working for BW

Working for Be With allows people space to breathe and invites balance with their personal projects. We support our employees to have good work-life balance.

BIPOC Programs

We support BIPOC facilitators in offering dedicated programming for BIPOC participants where individuals can engage in activities without the labour of masking or navigating white fragility in the space.

Connections

We give people opportunities and there are many paths for people to engage with us - including openness to folks bringing their passions and offering programs through Be With. We have many paths to work together as a community.

Grants

We have a non-profit collaborator and can offer grants to community and creative projects.

Transparency

We share our materials and are transparent about our processes and story and where we are going.

Getting there
