A counsellor in the Greater Victoria area and former Program Director of a youth camp for 11 years.​
Emily is a strong believer in sustainability within programming and the importance of equitable, inclusive leadership representative of the people accessing our programs.
Maddy Kirstein
Top Dog | any/all
Creative Director and founder of their own theatre company. Founded Alectoria, a camp for youth to experience magic - while a youth themselves.
Maddy is a champion of creatives, and believes in the power of the arts to allow individuals the space to know and accept themselves fully.
Franki Fransisco
Creative Program Director | they/them
Artist and former program coordinator for a Vancouver based non-profit doing disability justice work.
As a former youth in care Franki has experienced and deeply believes in the power of the creative process to surface and work with the subconscious narratives that keep us stuck.
